Altenew September 2022 Enchanted Winter Collection Release Blog Hop + Giveaway ($300 in total prizes)

Welcome to the Enchanted Winter Collection Release Blog Hop and Giveaway, you should have arrived here from Jennifer McGuire, if not you can go back to the start of the hop by visiting the Altenew Blog or using the links at the end of this post.

I am super excited to be sharing 5 projects with you, all the new items can be found on the Enchanted Winter Embossing Collection Page on the Altenew store.

My first card features the new Blooming Flower Bed Stencil Set. This is a layering stencil set that allows you to add different colors to the flowers and leaves. I added some glittery stencil paste through on e of the layers. My sentiment is cut with the Fancy For You Die Set.

Next, Altenew have added a Gentle Butterfly Simple Coloring Stencil Set that coordinates with the previously released Gentle Butterfly 3D Embossing Folder. This is a great way to add color to just the embossed areas. I added a sentiment using the One Go Birthday Greetings Stamp Set and One Go Birthday Greetings Die Set.

I'm a big fan of embossing folders, especially ones that replicate tiled patterns, so the Intricate Tiles 3D Embossing Folder really excited me. It's so detailed and I knew right away that I wanted to emboss it on Black card and use gilding wax to highlight the pattern. I then used the Pristine Peonies Project Kit to add a white heat embossed vellum floral element.

I used the Starry Patterns 3D Embossing Folder to deboss with blue ink onto white card. I then added the sentiment using the Reach For The Stars Die Set onto of a piece of torn blue vellum.

This last card uses lots of the newly released Enamel dots. I stamped a sentiment from the More Than Words Stamp Set onto white card and adhered in onto green embossed card base, I used the Deck Planks 3D Embossing Folder.

I then added a circle of enamel dots using the following set Summer Afternoon, Red Sunset, Lapis Lazuli and Green Valley Enamel Dots.
