Altenew Wondrous World Dies/Stencils/Embossing Folders Collection Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

Hello and welcome to the Wondrous World release blog hop, you should have arrived here from Erum Tasneem if not you can go back to the start at any time by visting the Altenew Card Blog

The Wondrous World release is in store and ready for purchase. I have created 8 cards to showcase some of the new products, let's jump in and take a look.

My first card showcases the Baroque Frame 3D Embossing Folder. This embossing folder is stunning, you may recognise the Baroque frame as the image is taken from an Altenew stamp and die set. Here I embossed the frame onto white Neenah cardstock and used a little gold wax to highlight the details. The frame creates a perfect backdrop to add floral images to.

The Modern Squares 3D Embossing Folder is a fantastic way to add detail to the background of your projects, I added some floral die cuts using the new Climber Flower die set. I cut the flowers from card which I coloured using Altenew's Artist markers.

Here I used the Diamond Stars 3D Embossing Folder with some green card for a striking look. I added a sentiment using the new Fancy Celebrate die. I do love a card with impact.

Have you noticed that layering stencils are big right now? Well Altenew has created some amazing stencils for us crafters. The Flower Bunch Simple layering stencil is so pretty and easy to use, it create a beautiful bunch for flowers. Here I teamed it with the Fancy Celebrate die.

The next layering stencil is the Mandala Builder 4 in 1 stencil, this stencil is super easy to use and creates a beautiful Mandala. Again I used the Fancy Celebrate die, I love the playful font design.

The newest addition to Altenew's Slimline die range is the Nesting Slim Rectangles die set. I added in the Branches and Berries die set and Fancy Celebrate die to create a cute slimline card.

The String Art Stars die set is the newest set in the String Art range of dies from Altenew. I decided not to use them to create string art but instead use them to create stitched stars. They work perfect with the Fancy Celebrate die to create a fun birthday card.

I am so happy that Altenew added the Radial Butterflies Cover Die to the collection of Radial dies, here I cut it 3 times from Pink, Green and white. I added all the cut panels to a gold glitter panel, I then started to add in the die cut butterflies. I added a black frame and sentiment to finish the card.

  7. My favorite is your branches and berries slimline card. To start, gorgeous colors. This die set is kinda meant to be a filler for all the beautiful flower dies Altenew has (imo) but you have used it as the focal point for your card. Very versatile and creative. WTG
