Tattered Lace advent calendar 2017 samples

Happy Sunday crafty friends,I hope you've had a good weekend so far.  I've had a relatively lazy one with some crafting thrown in for good measure.

I am sharing some picture of cards I have made with the 2017 Advent calendar from Tattered Lace

This card was made with the little Cupckae die, I decided to make a z fold card and add them to the front banner.

Next up I have used the skull and web from the calendar to create an apperture card with floating skulls.

This card uses the flower and butterfly dies, I part cut them on the edge of the card and then cut them in layers and added them on top with foam pads.

Who loves ladybirds? I used the ladybird and the love sentiment from the calendar to make this cute card, I added glossy accents to make the ladybirds shine.

Now this card  I am super excited about, there is a football boot and a football in the calendar and for some reason my crazy brain thought it would be cool to make a easel card that doubled as a travle version of tic-tac-toe

I cut several balls and boots and layered them up to make thicker pieces and added some magnets on the back, I also made the grid and added magnets to it too.  I love an interactive card and making one thats cool for younger kids is so much fun.

This card had the heart die from the calendar cut 3 times to use as toppers. You could also use the heart as a ribbon slider.

Last but by no means least is my festive shaker card featuring the snowflakes and joy sentiment. I have added a little video clip below showing it in action.

The calendar launches tomorrow on Create and Craft TV  at 8am with Stephanie Weightman and Dean Wilson.
