STAMPlorations CAS Card Challenge April

Here we are, April 1st and what a weird old time we're in. I truly hope that you and your loved ones are safe and well.  As it's the first of the month it's time for a new CAS Card Challenge at STAMPlorations. This month the added colour twist is Lemon Yellow.

I have created a super adorable card using the Little-Monsters-The-Bees-Knees and Bubbles-ARTplorations-Stencil.  I started by stamping the little monsters and colouring them with watercolour pens. I then added a mask over them while I added the background.

For the background I used Spectrum Noir's Lemon Tonic water reactive ink, which I blended through the Bubbles stencil. I use oval foundation brushes for my blending as they give a really smooth effect.

I removed the mask and added a glaze over the monsters. The sentiments were stamped onto white card and a fine liner pen was used to add a border to them. They were added to the card using foam tape for a little height.
