Altenew Craft-A-Flower: Butterfly Bush Release Blog Hop + Giveaway (Total of $200 prizes)

Hey crafty friends, welcome to the May Craft-A-Flower release blog hop and giveaway. You should have arrived here from LauraJane, if not you can go back to the start of the hop at any time by visiting the Altenew Card Blog.

This month's Craft-A-Flower is the Butterfly Bush. This is a stunning layering die set, the flower is constructed with just 3 layers, there is a stem and 3 layer leaf. This set also includes two butterfly dies!

I have created a card using the new CAF Butterfly Bush to help inspire you.

To create my card I used the Mid Century Frame Die cut from the Gilded Gradient Cardstock. I also used this cardstock to cut one of the butterflies. I cut the CAF Butterfly Bush from the New Purple Gradient Cardstock and Green Meadows Gradient Cardstock. I used liquid adhesive t adhere them as it was so quick and easy. I added a stamped sentiment on to a banner using the Sentiment Strips 3 stamp set.

I love how easy this set is to layer up and the addition of the two butterflies is fantastic. Your next stop is Nenette S. Madero, before you go please take a moment to check out the giveaway information below.

  2. This is a fantastic card- everything is so balanced, with the sparkly sun and butterfly, to the 2 bushes in the center. I love the shades of lavender- how I wish for a warm Spring day here in the Pacific Northwest!
