Altenew Educators "Alphabet Name Game" Blog Hop and Linky Party + Giveaway

Hello and Welcome to the Altenew Educators "Alphabet Name Game" blog hop and linky party. You should have arrived here from Eva Bussom , if not you can go back to the start of the at any time by visiting the Altenew Card Blog at any time.

What is the Alphabet Name Game? It's a really fun way of deciding the concept of your next project. You take the first letter of your name and create a project based on a technique/style that begins with that letter. So as my name is Terri I choose a technique/style that starts with "T", I had to think about which direction to go with; tonal, texture, torn, typography etc I chose Texture.

I love to add texture to my card (sometimes more than others) the quickest and easiest wat is to use one of Altenew's 3D embossing folders, for my card today I used the Organic Stones embossing folder, it is one of the best 3D effects I've seen in embossing folders, it's so crisp and detailed. I can't help but keep rubbing my hand over the surface to feel those bumps, lol

I embossed some dusty pink card and used the Build-A-Flower Wild Rose stamp set to add my floral image and sentiment. I also added a few Black Enamel dots to embellish my card.

Your next stop on the hop is Karen Brown, but before you go remember to check out the prize information and how to join in the Linky Party.
