I am so excited about today's post as I am previewing the new Launch from Tattered Lace; the "Seeing is Believing" collection.
Do you love Unicorns? Well you're in for a treat!
I was sent 4 dies sets and a papercraft collection to work with.
The dies I used are;
and the following paper kit;
My first card is a "z fold" card. I used elements from the paper pack along with some pink spotty paper to mat and layer. I added the Be a Unicorn die cut sentiment and also a die cut Unicorn celebration. I embellished with a snow mesh ribbon.
As soon as I saw the Unicorn Cake die I knew I had to make a pop up box card. I used the balloons from the Unicorn celebration along with the be a Unicorn sentiment and added in some extras using a die from a previous collection called Unicorn Sparkle. I decided to cut everything in white and colour using pink, yellow and blues.
Using the paper kit I created a piece of home decor, I added one of the toppers, a border strip and some backing paper into my frame, I then added a double bow and a sentiment. Perfect for a little girls bedroom.
I made this accordion card using a tattered lace die and added 3 toppers from the paper kit along with some Fleurs.
My next card is a 6x6 simple card. I used the Be a Unicorn sentiment but cut into it, I love the ability to snip into sentiments. I also added the Balloons from the Unicorn celebration die and the Unicorn cake. How cute is this card?
Next we have a twisted easel card using the Unicorn Tapestry die. I opted for a black and white colour theme to show that Unicorns don't always have to be bright. Again I snipped into the Be a Unicorn sentiment to create a stopper from the easel.
Here we have a simple 5x7 matted and layered card using papers from the paper kit along with some more pink spotty paper from my stash. I added some light pink organza ribbon, gems and glitter glue to give some extra sparkle.
Below are 2 cards made with 5x7 card blanks and the Glittered paper craft kit. I created one card in greens and one in pinks. I added some black card to create drama along with some thin black ribbon and black gems.
This release is amazing, I had to stop myself from making more samples as I had another collection to work with but I will defiantly be working with this set again very soon.
So hands up who's going to be putting some Unicorn crafty goodies into their shopping basket tomorrow?
The collection launches at 12pm Today on Create and Craft TV
